Werkstatt’s team is built on a deliberate balance between experienced architects and emerging talent. This mix ensures that technical expertise, curiosity, and artistic imagination are equally valued and represented. Our team combines expertise in construction technology, regulations, and project management with a commitment to challenging conventions through material research, digital tools and bold conceptual thinking.
What unites the team is a shared conviction that architecture must be approached holistically. The challenges of climate adaptation, sustainable building, and social well-being are not separate tasks but interwoven realities that demand both rigor and creativity. By combining the precision of engineers with the vision of artists and philosophers, Werkstatt aims to respond to today’s transition challenges with responsibility, imagination, and care.
