meer&deel

Eindhoven, Noord-Brabant

2024

A collective housing ensemble in Eindhoven, realized through CPO with and by its future residents.

Forty dwellings arranged as a continuous ensemble, combining ground-based and stacked units. Built volumes are punctuated by openings that allow the landscape to pass through, connecting shared courtyards with the wider site.

The architecture is reduced to a few elements—blocks, corners, decks, frames—combined into a coherent structure that can be appropriated, adapted, and extended over time.

Shared spaces and collective infrastructure reduce footprint while strengthening bonds between inhabitants. Private and common, solid and open, permanent and unfinished remain in balance.

meer&deel is both settlement and framework: a compact, porous structure where individual life and collective presence coexist.
